Church History

Evangelical Vision Church (EVC) began in 2007 as a small gathering in a house in Lahore, Pakistan. Guided by God’s vision, our fellowship quickly grew, moving into a rented hall and later expanding to serve multiple communities. EVC is now registered under the Government of Pakistan (Act 1860, Registration No. RP/7119/L/S/12). Our mission has always been to spread the love of God, build strong faith communities, and serve the poor and marginalized.

Pastor Elisha Akbar
Founder and President of EVC, was born in 1978 and baptized in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Theology from Jesus Christ Theological Biblical Ministries. God called him to evangelism, giving him a heart for outreach to the lost, the hurting, and the marginalized. Under his leadership, EVC has launched ministries for women, children, youth, and outreach in Lahore and surrounding areas.

Our ministry team includes passionate leaders serving in various capacities:

Our leaders work together to organize worship services, Bible studies, women’s meetings, youth programs, Sunday Schools, conventions, seminars, and outreach to brick kilns and villages.
